Yes! So true. He is amazing. I feel for my godson when it's his week w/his dad. He comes back to his mom all dirty, no bath or shower, doesn't brush his teeth, and he won't let him have any friends over. I love my godson dearly but I can only do so much. Keep up the excellent work!

Great job dad! Keep up the good work! My mother left me and my sister at a very young age with her bf. Yes, her bf. Not our father. Never even knew my biological father. Couldn't even be bothered to sign my birth certificate. Anyways, back to the point. So, she dated her bf a few years, and found a younger "better" bf. But he didn't want/like kids. So, she packed up and left us behind. This man had no obligation what so ever to keep us, care for us, love us etc. BUT he did. He raised us until he got dementia and needed us to care for him. This was my late teens. And then we took care of him til his last breath. He was the best kindest single dad anyone could have asked for. He didn't know what he was doing all the time. Especially with two little girls. But I can say without a shred of doubt he did amazing. I grew up to know my worth. I married an amazing man and so did my sister. We have great men and families in our lives and great careers thanks to him showing us how life is supposed to be. Thanks dad. ❤

My dad raised my sister and I. He was very similar to you. Some of my best memories are of him doing my hair 😂 I always was well dressed, hair done and “looking sharp” as he would say. He was also very good looking himself. I miss him so much. A apart of me died with him but seeing this reminds me of how much he sacrificed for his girls. Our mom walked out of our lives due to mental illness and he never said a bad word about her. He allowed us to see her as often as she wanted and even when we became teens and chose to live with her, he supported us. He was just a great man.
