I used to listen a lot of Trist back in the day. For some reason I missed this EP. I think I was already kinda drifiting away from this sort of music when this got released. But my god, is this good. Glad I found it randomly so many years later . Probably one of Trist's best ones for sure. I feel like I'm melting into the guitar static.
fuckin' hell, this is killer. sounds like Abyssic Hate if they made a follow up to 'Suicidal Emotions' (and that's about as big a compliment I could give someone making this style of black metal) lots of bands try this, few achieve it.

It's Czech actually and the mix is very much supposed to be like this, the focus is on the guitars here
trist has an abstract style, the mix leaves all the elements of the song distant on purpose.
