You can actually join classes at any time. They are set up to work separately from week to week so people can join whenever they want, but they also build on each other so if people keep coming they can learn a full piece of choreography over a few weeks. This week we are starting new dances so it's a good time to start if you'd like to start at the beginning!
Sorry I didnt see this comment earlier. Muscle memory is when you do something over and over again so that it becomes habit for your body. Your body will do that thing without you thinking about it or needing to correct it each time.

@@shraddhaswayampragyan Muscle memory is a practice method rather than a skill by itself. When you practice a move, a shape or a dance many times your body makes a habit and then it will do that move or shape really well, even if you don't think about it. When you practice basic steps a lot your body develops muscle memories of those basics so it can do them more quickly and they look better too 😊

I used to hide my ND traits like this one but I don't anymore because when other ND people see me doing things they also do, it helps them feel more comfortable to be themselves.

You don't have to do a full 15 mins of you don't need to, just don't do more than 15 mins at one time 😊
