    Love this, my husband is gluten intolerant and doesn't have a bad reaction to sourdough so i was interested to hear your comments on the fermentation. I have raspberries ready to plant out and you are giving me the courage to try sourdough. Thanks for sharing.

      Yay! Sourdough is so much easier than it seems. We usually always do at least 18-24 hours for the fermentation, because my daughter otherwise can't handle it. Lately, I've tried doing a little less time and she has been tolerating it. So yay. But I always use gluten free flour for rolling out our kneading dough.
