Pro tip, if you want your oven/air fryer sweet potatoes or pumpkin/sqash to be crispier: Just add about a tbsp of starch to the seasoning before baking them. Trust me on this and thank me later, LOL.

A million years ago, I was a cake decorator; almond extract was the "secret ingredient" in my best frosting recipes. I love to use it in place of vanilla.

Lately I’ve been using almond extract in my diary free yogurt. It adds a bit of something extra that’s so good!!

Yes to adding extracts to oatmeal - I tell people it's my secret ingredient, and why I don't need any added sugars. If I'm doing raspberry oatmeal, I'll do almond extract, if I'm adding blueberries, I like vanilla, etc. Gives them a taste that's reminiscent of baked goods/muffins. Yes also to TJ's Buffalo sauce! I was hooked on that over the summer, and was dipping their frozen pickle falafel in it. And thanks to your mention of poultry seasoning, I'm totally going to make some tofu with that tomorrow. I forgot I had it, but you're right - it's perfect for this time of year.
Great video as always! I love to add hemp seeds to my kid's cereal in the morning to make it just a bit more nutritious. I really appreciate your attitude about adding nutrients and not thinking about the calories... So important for people to hear❤️❤️

Adding in healthy things like pumpkin seeds to a breakfast bowl is great nutritionally and gives extra crunch and texture. Enjoying a donut now and then is pure joy. Boyfriend?! There's a on line all vegan grocery store called go for it. Its vegan. Maybe you could check it out they have a very big selection of vegan items quite interesting

I have tried poultry seasoning but it never has been great. Not sure how to compliment a dish with it?
I season tofu with poultry seasoning, paprika, garlic powder salt and lots of black pepper. It's a delicious combo! Hope you enjoy 😊
I had the same journey with cereal and I do the same as you but still feel like I can't get full when I eat it for breakfast! Maybe it's a mental thing.

The amount of fat in some of these things is not good for people in weightloss mode, but otherwise YUM!
