- Ex It This Way to Find out Our 1st Impressions of Kathmandu, we were welcomed with open arms and warm smiles. From the moment we landed, Nessan from @NomadsNavigatingNepal was there to greet us at the airport, instantly making us feel at home. His passion for this vibrant city shone through as he guided us to some of its most iconic spots.
First up was Swayambhunath, famously known as the Monkey Temple 🐒. This ancient stupa, perched atop a hill, is not only a spiritual site but also a treasure trove of history, dating back over 2,000 years. As we climbed the steps, we were greeted by playful monkeys and breathtaking views of the city, all while learning about the rich Buddhist traditions that make this place so special.
Next, we ventured into the heart of Thamel, where the bustling streets come alive with vendors selling everything from colorful textiles to delicious street food. The air was filled with the intoxicating smell of incense, creating a sensory experience that was both chaotic and enchanting. It’s a place where every corner holds a new surprise, and we couldn’t help but get lost in the vibrant atmosphere 🌺🛍️.
Our journey continued to Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site that showcases the architectural brilliance of Nepal. Surrounded by stunning palaces and intricately carved temples, we marveled at the history that surrounds us. Each structure tells a story, and we felt privileged to walk in the footsteps of those who came before us 🏛️✨.
But the adventure doesn't stop there! Will we conquer the trek to Everest Base Camp, or will we end up with more blisters than stories? 🥾🏔️ And as for Devika’s wedding-are we ready to dance the night away in true Nepali style, or will we be the ones stepping on toes? 💃🕺
Stay tuned to find out, and hit that subscribe button for more laughter, surprises, and unforgettable moments! 🌏✨

We Nepali we worship cow as a god and mother..the momo you ate was buff not beef..buff means water buffalo..may be your guide was confused .beef isillegal in Nepal ..🙏🙏🙏
@@prakritjungkshtri6768 yes thank you we did clarify this with our guide 👍🏻
@@exitthisway I'm also Nepali and I don't worship cows as anything lol 😂 they're just animals.
@ Thank you for sharing your perspective. I appreciate learning about the diversity of beliefs and practices within Nepal. It’s fascinating how culture and tradition can vary so much, even within the same country. Respect for animals is a common theme I noticed, but it’s always interesting to hear different experiences and viewpoints.
@@exitthisway Yuss Nepal is a diverse country with 81% Hindu 11 %. Buddhist 7 % kirat and rest other religion..the one who was commenting about not worshipping cow and its beliefs belong to 0.000000000000000000001 %

Please stop referring to the Swaymbunath stupa as monkey temple. It is not called the monkey temple and is a complete misinformation
@@swasg3129 Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the proper name for the stupa is important and appreciate your point of view. We will make sure to refer to it correctly moving forward. We value cultural respect and are always open to learning and growing in our understanding.
