We can easily understand that not all "human persons" are comfortable with all aspects of human existence, and this raises important philosophical issues, like whether or not it is better for a free society "free enough" to not outlaw voluntary segregation (by not requiring involuntary integration), and regardless whether it is wise to allow compulosory schooling out of the parents' hands (especially now that they are outright saying that your children are not your own and their sex is none of your business, hello?).
