السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Brought back memories I used to make it in Ramadan and send it to the masjid for the people sitting in itekaf but the variation is I used to use basmati rice dalia instead of sabudana and add a pinch of zafran to the Last boil with sugar and serve it hot You sound so much like mum Nafisa hasham from uae

Unique recepie, will try in sha Allah but I have a question. I don't like adding potlees to my food. Can't we add all the ingredients to the milk directly and strain the tea before serving?
Please share your mom's recipe of "Reshmi Biryani". That was of boneless chicken. I loved that but unfortunately I missed that written recipe and don't remember the ratio of ingredients.
