Thanks for this worship session! Occasionally, God does literally move a mountain. In 1980, I was (without asking God) preparing to move my family halfway across the US, from Iowa to Tacoma, Washington. About 3 weeks before we were t move, Mount St. Helens--80 miles from Tacoma--erupted. Two-thirds of the mountain disappeared very quickly. Halfof that amount, roughly, landed east and northeast of the mountain as ash, blocking all of the highways into the Puget Sound area from the east. The other half went downriver, taking out all of the bridges into Tacoma from Oregon on its way--literally--to the "sea." So we couldn't move, and I wondered who had asked God to pick up a mountain and throw it into the sea (and across my path).

Pastor Luke. Your sweet messages of both the word and song lift up my heart. Isn't it amazing that no matter what generation we may be from: Pre WWII, , Baby Boomers, Boomers II, Millennial, Generation Z... God entrusted us to be the generation that sees things never seen before. The final generation of this world. And you Pastor Luke have been made for this very moment for God fully trusts you to be his servant that calls out to the lost sheep to come to Jesus the Shepherd King with repentant heart that they may live eternally with him in the Father's House. Indeed all who come here and joyfully sing: Oh for a thousand hearts to give, my Lord they all were thine, my Lord they all were thine: My Lord they all were thine thy Lord they all were thine! You and all these generations who love the Lord have been made for this moment and for such a time as this! ♥ 🇨🇦 🙏

I like Mathew 17:20 because I remind myself just because you have the faith to move mountains does not mean you know how to use that faith, so hopefully the only moving the mountains will do is to go flat.

When he spoke about the mountains melting at the Lord's presence, my mind went to this verse and I thought about God being drawn to our faith; even though our faith seems so frail and insignificant from our perspective, the problems and opposition melting in His presence.
