I’ve been following you for the past 6 years and hands down you have THE best meditations and not to mention your voice is angelic!
After being a victim of a very violent crime, subsequent PTSD and many years in court battling to keep this harmful individual off the streets, I listened to your meditations daily. I went through the dark night of the soul but through it found my spiritual path. I am now a daily shamanic practitioner and live a more balanced life. Thank you for the positive impact you made on me during those dark years! You were definitely one of the reasons I did not give up in what was one of the hardest battles of my life.
With the current state of the world, I think it would be lovely to have a mediation around alchemizing fear into love. I believe We all struggle with this right now on different levels (myself included)

I'm not sure what happened. About 7 minutes in I had to turn it off because there was some shift happening and I was kind of frightened. It was like I was falling or leaving apart of myself. I'm going to try again. I've been listening to your meditations for years and want to thank you for continuing to help me in my awakening/healing journey. ❤️
Please don’t be scared or afraid of this. I’m still pretty new to meditation (about 4 months in of daily meditation with some experience before), but I believe this is a good sign. When you try it again, stay focused on your breath, in and out, and keep telling yourself, “I’m safe. Nothing can hurt me. God is with me and will not let anything happen to me”. I tell myself things like that if I started to get panicked. Let me tell you, that panicked feeling is gone and now I look forward to that floating feeling and just pure bliss. When you really let yourself go and are simply observing while meditating, it is the most peaceful and beautiful experience. I pray you try it again and remember that you are safe (in your room, bed, chair) and nothing can hurt you. I know that fear. I also turned to crystals and started doing research on which crystals help with protection during meditation. There are so many! Smoky quartz, kyanite, selenite, lithium quartz, etc. That felt like an extra layer of protection and might be enough to calm your mind so you can get the most of your meditation 🧘🏽♀️ I wish you peace ☮️ , happiness 😃 , health 🦋, and love♥️!!
