It’s good that this video did not include sanatan dharma/Hinduism coz it’s not a religion- all dharmik paths are DHARMA/Duties and not Religion.
Dharmik religions don’t fit the definition of religion .. only abrahamic religions do.
So, since Buddhism is also Dharmik path , it shouldn’t have been included in this list ..
Hinduism is “Way of life” .. it is spirituality along with art of healthy living .. it is also a “set of ancient sciences” .. there’s so much science in Hinduism that even modern science is just beginning to catch up with it .. for eg. Multiverse theory, knowledge of multiple universes, distance of earth to sun, diameter of sun, law of energy - energy can neither be created nor destroyed, law of gravity et etc all comes from Hinduism which dates back to at least 10-15,000 years .. that’s why it’s called eternal truth/sanatan dharma !! Even CERN (in Geneva, Switzerland) has installed a giant “Shiva” statue at its premises !! 😊 there’s a reason why this most advanced scientific research center that’s trying to discover how universe works has installed a HINDU GOD SHIVA’s statue in its tandav form !! Tells us something about how advanced Hindu ideas/understanding of universe is !! 😀🙏
