Just came across your channel. To sterilize your jars, boil water and add a dish towel at the bottom of the pot, add hot water then place the glass jars mouth down. Boil for 5 mins and you're done. They'll never crack

    I love your videos.
Keep in mind that pineapples are still green when you buy them, and they need to have time to rippen for ultimate flavor. It really makes a big difference if you allow the pineapple to sit on your kitchen counter for about a week to ten days before you cut it. It will turn a golden yellow color when it is ripe.

Nice to see that you recycle materials like jars for jam. But please consider of not using so much cling film like when you were making yogurt. It is so non biodegradable or eco friendly. I use reusable ones or a plate on top of the bowls and pans or even shower caps which I wash and only use in the kitchen. As for the yogurt recipe, I shall try to make it for the last time. I tried many times and was unsuccessful as well as make this jam as pineapple is my favourite fruit 🎄🇬🇧🎄 Maria

So funny how we sometimes do the same thing almost at the same time, I learnt how to make it recently and I'm selling it as a side hustle! The biggest cost is on the glass jars... Thank you as always!
Do you throw away the peels? Boil them with ginger, sugar and a some tea leaves for juice, if you didn't know this! It's common in Uganda.
PS: Hope to see you make some ghee, I don't buy, I make from milk cream I collect daily from my supply! So easy! I see you using lots of ghee in the batch cooking.
