As for your concern over following the law I have a few examples. The first is AG Eric Holder who not only ignored subpoenas but was found to be in contempt. Members of the DOJ and the FBI ignored subpoenas for persons and documents. Subpoenas that still haven't been responded to. Where is the justice and jail sentences for those individuals? Oh yeah and I almost left out everything that was subpoenaed in the Hillary Clinton email server scandal. She answered those by permanently erasing that data and destroying the devices. Raskin’s motivation is to reveal the truth about Jan 6, Trump and his sycophants’ motivation is to hide it. The court argument is pushed as a delay tactic, Mr Trump’s preferred lifelong method of delaying or avoiding justice.
