Your videos are great, and your voice when you sing is amazing
What a beautiful song unto the Lord. You are a real Pilgrim as in the days of old. I too shall take the Camino for my Lord. Glad you shared the Covent experience sounds so lovely.
I've seen that dog before! He lives there and greets pilgrims. He follows them for a bit, then turn back and goes home.
I was convinced he was lost, but so relieved to learn he is a “local”! 😄 I would have taken him home if I could, lol.
Nice surprise. Lovely walk Thanks for sharing your day x
I'm getting ready for May 2020
How wonderful! singing in an extraordinarily beautiful sunrise. and that morning breakfast with the sun still on the horizon. Happy moments Rachell, isn't it?
Indeed! 👣
I love hearing you sing.. ☉☉☉
Thank you so much. 🙏👣❤️
If you liked this Camino you will love some others when the Caminos reopens soon. Norte is lovely along the north coast. You don't have to do it all at once as it is very long but very enjoyable. And Plate from Cadiz or Seville is ultra long but really fantastic. The only caveat is you have to tell me when you are going so I can tag along and hear you singing in the mornings!
Haha! Yes, there will be lots of singing! The Norte is actually high up there on my “next Camino” list. Thank you so much for following along! More to come. Buen Camino! 👣
So beautiful
😍 🐕 thank you for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching! 👣
Singing hymns at sunrise is probably the best way to start the day (0:58) Best place to have breakfast on the Camino (2:22-2:29) I'm not talking about the food😃 I guess the dog likes to keep some pilgrims company and that morning he chose you, (09:58-12:03) WONDERFUL!😍 Ah after hearing the explanation (12:12-13:10), the dog is probably part Great Pryrenees, a breed which loves to roam. Great view from the hilltop wine cellar. Stay healthy and safe. God bless!
I saw the same dog around the same area ... all alone but walking with such purpose - I filmed him (you'll see him in either video #2 or #3 ... appears as though he just roams the Camino trails over there - getting free attention and love from the pilgrims.
Haha, indeed!! He got free food from me! 😂 Looking forward’s to watching your videos. Hope you are well!
I am loving your trip and how you have showed it. Your way of telling it is wonderful as is your singing voice. I am planning to go once Covid eases. The wine bodegas remind me of a book: the "Telling Room by Michael Paterniti. He calls these telling rooms, where men of the village get together to trade stories. I looked up the town where it takes place and it is just south of Burgos. By the way, the sub title of The telling room is "A tale of love, betrayal, revenge, and the world's greatest piece of cheese". Any way, your take in the Camino is helping me keep my dream alive.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I hope you can make your Camino very soon. Until then, be well and Buen Camino! 👣
At 9:57 - The Perfect Pilgrim Partner !!
Hi are you close to Camino de Santiago? Can’t find your day 38 or your final destination I have been following and you since day 1.you are just amazing with a beautiful out look in life . God Bless you .
Thanks for watching!! Uploading Santiago tomorrow! Buen Camino! 👣
Have you encountered many bedbugs along the way? Any places you absolutely would not stay again?
6:56!!! I miss the camino so much!
Me, too!! 👣
Hello, was that albergue good about bedbugs? Did you had any problem?
I enjoy your videos ! There are no more?
Thank you so much! I’m slowly uploading them, around once a week. Stay tuned for more! I documented my entire journey to Santiago plus additional footage of my time in Finisterre, Muxia, and Porto. 😊👣
I will be waiting for the other videos! 👍
At one point you say "Can you imagine living in a town this teeny?". If you are wondering what it is like, I recommend to you a book called "A Furnace Full of God", written by an American writer who has moved to Moratinos, about living there. :-)
Wow!!! That is amazing! I will have to look that up. Thank you for sharing!! 👣
So today is March 5, 2020 and this is your day 20 video. Did you stop after this? Or did you just stop recording?
I made it to Santiago on October 19th and am still editing and uploading. Stay tuned for more. I’m trying to upload at least once a week.
Ahhhh, okay👌🏼👍🏼👏🏼
Look forward 😍🤩🥰
that ended abruptly...
Indeed! Guess I didn’t take any footage the rest of the night, lol.
That dog stole your heart:)
Haha, he did indeed!
You have a beautiful voice. You should have volunteered to sing!
Thank you so much. 😊🙏 Next time! 👣
That dog looks like he was hungry and starving can see ribs
I really did think he was lost and hungry/thirsty!! At least someone was able to enjoy my little snack that day, lol.
