Heh. Evil twin reference @ 2:40. Anyhow, I drove a ton of these when I worked for a rental car company and can definitely say that they're great cars. Super comfortable, and pretty fun to drive as well. The customers loved them and it was one of the few cars that we never got a complaint about.
Great crossover. It is reasonably priced and drives well. Volvo makes very dependable vehicles. After watching this and a few other videos on the 2015.5 xc60, I decided to give it and the BMW 428i a test drive. This won out. It has so many features that the BMW couldn't compete. Why pay an extra 20 thousand dollars for a comparably equipped BMW? I'm picking up my new xc60 tomorrow. Thanks for the review. It certainly helped in my decision.
Great review! This is one of the most underrated vehicle (and automaker) on the market.

Good looking
A twin charged engine? Let's hope that makes it into a sporty Volvo soon.
Just watched the "engineering explained" guy claim this same vehicle's suspension was 'very soft". So much for clarity.
Bruno TaTa Just watched the same video before this one, incidentally.
Got a S60 R design and am seriously considering replacing an F150 with a XC60 T5. It can tow 4,000 lbs.
My dad has a client that drives nothing but Volvos. They have an S80, XC60, and an XC90.
$50,750 would get you an R design awd if you simply laid off the higher tech options. City Safety and bending xenons are standard on that model.
Realistically, how long will a supercharged and turbocharged 4 cylinder last?
Yup I was thinking the same thing
those are Volvo engines. not GM's or VW's. youtube is full of 30+ years old turbocharged Volvos driven by crazy swedish drivers.
As far as I know, the laws of physics apply the same in Sweden as they do in Detroit, MI USA
just search for "Volvo drifting" and you'll find tons of videos of those old turbocharged Volvos running like new.
The price is right for you maybe??
For most people
Volvo 4 lyfe.
I eat a lot of meatballs and lingenberry sauce I'm hurt now.
