In psychological terms, Fury is a 'mis-matcher'. If you said he's great he'd say he's not. If you said he wasn't he'd say he was. This is why he's a walking contradiction. On one occasion Fury said Usyk is too small to KO me and then said Usyk will KO me in the first round. This is dismissed by Fury as a joke but it's not. It's pathological mismatching. He can't help it! This is why he disagrees with so many people. People who are constantly arguing and disagreeing are pathological mis-matchers. You cannot be a mis-matcher and be truthful.

The fact that Fury emphatically reminds the reporters that Usyk soundly beat Joshua twice, indicates yet again that the WBC champ has no intention of ever fighting the Watford lad.
He wants to keep people salivating for that fight (including the money behind this train), but if Partridge soundly destroys Usyk, he’ll simply say that Usyk already beat AJ and he hasn’t got anything to prove.
Partridge says he doesn’t study other men, but has openly attended AJs fights and when Joshua dropped Ngannou as easily as he did, Fury’s face said a thousand words.
He’s never given much respect to Usyk previously and that’s because Fury genuinely doesn’t believe in a smaller man’s power (not saying he doesn’t think they can’t win on points), but he doesn’t think they can hurt him.
The only way we get an Joshua fight is if Turki makes Luke’s head spin with an amount so astronomical that it would make Mayweather gasp.
