Mike, Really appreciate your reviews and opinions. One of the reasons I was drawn to your channel was because you are building awesome things with more budget friendly options. It feels attainable and real. I totally understand getting things for free and have no problems with it if people are upfront and honest about it. Glad to hear you did not lock yourself into a corner and can keep doing the content you want do.

I bought the titanium flux 125 after seeing your review on it. It's been a really solid fun machine. It's perfect for someone like me that wants to get started in welding without spend thousands of dollars. I'm glad you didn't take that sponsor deal. I love your honest reviews. I bought the Titanium Easy Flux 125 based on your videos, right after they first came out. I swapped out the workpiece clamp very early on. I've ran about 6 2lb spools through the machine, mostly all on generator. I do a lot of field work, and this thing is perfect for it. When I ran out of the pack in wire, I started running Lincoln wire in it, and it became a whole new beast. With the Lincoln wire it does much cleaner welds and is much easier to get dialed in.

Im looking at the Yes Welders and waiting for a review on the 250, i would have backed out on the welder deal too. I came to your channel because of the HF reviews and the cool stuff you build with them reinforcing the fact you dont need a $3-6k machine to do quality welds at home or a hobby shop. I have several friends that have bought various HF welders because of your videos i recommended, honestly if you would have said that you wouldnt be doing anymore reviews and would only be using “insert name here” welders i would have likely ignored the channel unless it was a weird build. Props to you for sticking it out for us “new to welding folks” instead of bowing to big corp demands.

The fact that companies are contacting you to offer machines to review means that you're gaining attention for it. Personally, I can't wait to be out of this apartment and back into a house where I can put a 240V receptacle in the garage and get back to welding again. I also do "budget" welder reviews just don't have a channel yet, made lots of videos for when I do tho.
You take the time to explain things whether it's a machine, settings or what your building and alot of people appreciate that including myself.
I know what it's like to wanna try a different machine and have to pay hundreds out of pocket vs if someone will "give" you something to try, which is cool but sometimes isn't worth it. Keep being genuine and transparent, you will keep growing.

Mike you said it was not dignified to go to a single machine not matter what the machine. You are very close to correct. I have discovered two words in human relationships that may resonate for you. First, you respect yourself and the way you come to your opinions and you do not want to compromise yourself. But as a consequence you have a reciprocal respect relationship with your viewers and you know that we depend on your integrity and straightforward ways. This respect has fostered a mutual trust relationship. This trust relationship may be closer to what you mean when you say dignified. The combination of respect and trust is what you live your life by and create videos. Great decision. Glad you did it and stay with those two words. They will serve you well.

I went with the Yeswelder cut 45 plasma. It was super cheap and I think it's the explosion. Great video!

Myself I have thousands of hours running MIG and TIG doing all kinds of things, it's the way of a job shop. I have done production welding with the same processes. When it comes to the equipment the first thing I look for is how stable is the unit over a few hours of work.
I like your reviews because you use the equipment for a while before doing the review.
Good on you for turning down the equipment so you can keep your freedom to use and test equipment you may be useful to others.

I would also like to see the YesWelder TIG 250P review along with a PrimeWeld TIG 225X review. They are both AC/DC TIG machines in the same general price range.
I picked up a YesWelder MIG-205DS recently after watching your videos and deciding to learn to weld. I appreciate your honest reviews, the style of your videos, and the projects showing you actually using the products you review. Once I get some basic welding skills, I look forward to seeing you do some reviews on inexpensive AC TIG machines for working with aluminum.

You are the soul reason I bought my Titanium Unlimited 200. Man...... I can't even begin to tell you thanks enough for it. I unboxed it, hooked it to 220v (all I run through it) and hopped right into building a Backhoe, 1/4" plus material with 035 wire. I REALLY put that little machine through it's paces for a solid 2 weeks and never once popped the duty cycle.
Mike...... You Are The Man! I recommend your Vids to EVERYONE I meet that asks me about my welds & welder.
I absolutely can't be happier with that Grabber Green Machine and the reviews you do.
Also, I'm about to do a bit on my own channel on it (the tools I use, not a review). Would it be ok if I sent people your way in that for a full review?

Great video as usual, and I really appreciate the fact that you're a real dude like a lot of us, and you would rather try different products and give honest opinions of them, without being bought by a company and their products. One of these days I'll get myself into a tig machine. I've got a decent Lincoln mig, and a Miller plasma cutter. Keep up the good work Mike!

Really liked your reviews of all these welders. I also wanted to say that I really appreciate you being transparent, honest and straight forward with your reviews. And thank you for not selling yourself out to the welding company who wanted you to just be exclusive to their brand. That was a stand up move you made there. I really like your channel and the variety of content you provide. Your build videos are top notch, and you make some very unique and interesting projects. Keep up with great work you do with these videos, your doing great!

Way to not sell out Mike. I love your content and reviews. You are the reason I finally pulled the trigger on a welder. I purchased the yeswelder ds205 right after the holidays! Still learning and trying to get more time in the shop. It’s been a busy winter!

I bought one of the titanium 200 about a year ago after running accossed your channel , really been a great machine , the size and weight and capacity have been impressive . found using Walter E-weld 4 and nozzle really helps with flux core wire . would be interested in a video adapting nicer mig guns to the titanium series.
keep up the good work !

Wow Mike, definitely one of your best videos yet. You've been my go to channel for learning to weld, and while I've only been doing it for about 15 months, and I'll never be a professional welder, I've become good enough with your help to weld car haulers, trailers, ag equipment, and DIY projects around the house good enough to save myself and many friends mucho bux for welding services. I once thought I wanted to buy a multi-process welder and learn mig, tig, and stick welding, but in truth everything I've needed to do I've been able to do using my little Titanium 125 flux core welder with .030 & .035 INE BA71TGS wire. I may still learn the other processes down the road, but for now I'm content with what I have. You're an excellent teacher with mega talent, and we can always count on an honest, unbiased review regardless of how you got your equipment. Awesome that you turned away the "One source only" offer, because you would've lost subs if you had gone that route. I've unsubbed several tractor channels and other YT channels for that reason, because when that happens, objectivity goes out the window and all you get is an infomercial for Brand X. Kudos to you for putting your integrity and viewers first.
Can't wait for your future videos, so much to learn! Keep up the fantastic work! 👍

I got an almost new Lincoln flux welder recently. One of the first big projects I started on (not finished yet) is a double barrel wood stove. I cut the bottom end off to make the barrel 7 or 8 inches shorter and welding the bottom back on to the barrel was tough. It kept melting through the thin metal, no matter what settings I put it on and trying several ways to stick both pieces together. Probably not very conventional, but I did use some old coat hangers and welded it like I was soldering electrical wires.
That welder has been used pretty well with other smaller projects.
