FLATLINE takes place in the spiritual realm as Drillz goes on a journey to find answers and fight the struggles he has been facing. This track is also the summary of the album as each scene highlights the different stages of his life, with the victory he has at the end thanks to help from Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior as seen at the end when he couldn't defeat the enemy until he had help from God, as the sword represents the light and help from God. The character he fights is called EGO, he stands to represent ego, addictions, and the different struggles and spirits that torment people and bring about situations.
