This is my art journal journey that I began in June 2022. I apologize for the reflective background surface, I am in a temporary setup and I’m also very new to making videos so bear with my learning process. As I say in my video, you have to be bad at things before you can be good at them. :)

Prayers for chronic illness and pain. I also use art to get my head in a good place. I deal with chronic illness and pain. It is a complete release to make an artful mess!
