I'm very happy with Nahida meeting the Archons for the first time. Being House arrest for 500 years, I wanted Al-Haithem to take over Sumeru during the Lantern Rite and have Nahida set sale to Liyue - under the protection by the Wanderer.
Apparently, this is all a dream. It was obvious not only from the title but also from the fact that Ei is smiling despite Venti being a foot in front of her.
1. I adore the Archons meeting up. 2. I absolutely love that the 3 dancers are together. 3. I love when they do this and give every character their own little spotlight.
This is what makes Genshin so fun for me. Seeing the characters interacting with each other makes them feel real and alive. Also, it's so nice to see the Archons FINALLY interact with each other. Here's hoping for more interactions in the game. And this is a bit of a nitpick, but I'm surprised Scaramouche/Wanderer wasn't here. It would've been nice seeing him interact with other characters. And I must say you have quite the sharp eye. I didn't even notice Childe or Yelan, or Yanfei.
@@randomgkyo Its not that it was commissioned before then, these sort of animations do take a long time but they have a lot of characters designed long in advance. Its probably at that point they put a limit to the amount of characters in order to avoid spoilers in case the animation leaked.
Funny to see how Childe went from Liyue then after the the events of the Liyue archon quest went to Snezhnaya with Signora to report his progress and stuff to the Tsaritsa.Then after that I'm assuming he brought his brother to Liyue and that's when the event's of his Story Quest take place. Then after that his brother would go back to Snezhnaya alone. Finally after all that he went to Inazuma for a mission to try and find Scaramouche's whereabouts. (He has actually been in Inazuma from version 2.2 the Maze Warriors event and only left in version 3.3) and then after he, left Inazuma to return back to Snezhnaya to give his siblings gifts and go to the Signora's funeral and now it seems he came all the way back to Liyue for lantern rite.
He didn’t leave Liyue between his story quest and the archon quest, since they’re likely only a week apart tops. Also, if he had left, Teucer probably wouldn’t have come bc he’d been away for so long. Not to mention that Childe didn’t have time to send the gift yet so Teucer got it in person
literally, i was so disappointed when i realized they both werent there, although kaeya IS seen in an official art with dehya, yoimiya and someone else
exactly what I thought! tho probably.. if Jean is in Liyue someone had to stay in Mondstadt to protect it, and Jean probably choose Kaeya for is as she said it herself, that she trusts him most. Diluc? probably protecting Mondstadt in shadows as always, or he was just grumpy and decided that he has better things to do than spending time on some "stupid celebration" :// (or to watch over Kaeya ;) )
Also, this is the closest so far where we get to see people from Monstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine (represented by Dvorak) and Snezhnaya (represented by the staffs of Northland Bank and Tartaglia) all together in one place. Can't wait to see how the NPCs from Natlan would look like.
This video mihoyo dropped on us was nothing short of artwork! From Mondstadt, from my recollection at least, we were missing: Eula, Amber, Noelle, Mika, Lisa, Diluc, Kaeya and Diona
Liyue has no Xinyan and Shenhe. Inazuma has no Sayu, Kuki, Kokomi, Gorou and Sara. Sumeru has no Wanderer, Faruzan, Layla, Candace and Alhaitham. i may forgotten or added someone else
Guys! The idols- Yun jin, Barbruh and Nilou finally met, but we're missing xinyan around. Nvm that finally all archons together! Nahida won't feel alone anymore, and Zhongli found those who share the memory yet he still have the "OSMANTHUS WINE TASTES THE SAME-" And finally Venti getting his hands on the dandelion wine without getting hunt down by Diluc... yet. I love this video all in all pls I wanna see their interactions in archon quest I bet it's very interesting of a conversation😄
Its nice to see all of the people form the nations we were introduced in Liyue! and the duos,triples and groups of 4 that we wanted to see is there! also the thing that we all players wanted to see 4 archons sitting on a table enjoying lantern rite and eating just as nahida wanted

The big four powerful archon sit down and have a meal, celebrating the Lantern Rite. All fun and merry, until the bill appeared and they all realized, that NONE of them have any Mora on them
I look at this and I'm reminded of Nahida's line where she wants to have a get together with all the archons since one hasn't been done in 500 years. It just makes me want an event that's maybe called like "The Archon Games" even more now lol. Just the idea of it sounds chaotic and fun to me, though depending on when this hypothetical event occurs Nahida might have to deal with the big sad the unknown ones didn't come.

I think that's unlikely because Ei actually may have forgot who he was (From Scaramouche erasing his entire existent) since even Nahida forgot who he was and only managed to remember by using the story she made before. Highly unlikely they'll ever meet again, and not to mention Scaramouche wants nothing to do with Ei or any other people he met before.

@@ruiborges6539 their voicelines about "Kunikuzushi" disappeared because Kunikuzushi is the one who destroyed the Raiden Gokaden and without Kabukimono and Balladeer, Kunikuzushi doesn't exist. Wanderer before he regained his memories told Traveler that his creator had no use for him so she let her go, she definitely knows who he is in the new "reality" but she doesn't know about Kabukimono, Kunikuzushi, Balladeer etc.

Maybe YaoYao isn't there because the animation was made before Hoyo decided to put her in the game? Scaramouche, Alhaitham, Layla, Dehya and Kaveh aren't anywhere there too and what they all have in common is they are all very new characters. An animation like this takes time to be made and Mihoyo is making a trend of releasing new characters really fast, even if they aren't ready. This happened with Wanderer/Scaramouche as right after his release, all players received primogems as apologies for bugs on Wanderer. If Hoyo was working on him since his first apparition, this likely wouldn't be necessary. Sorry I wanted to suggest a possible explanation as to why YaoYao isn't in the animation but ended up with a rant lol.

me too! he needs happiness! but i imagine he is still processing things from recent events and maybe even watching over sumeru kind of since he is kind of nahida's right hand man now in a way. i hope we see him next year! or for the anniversary. i also hope he is in many fun events! would love to see him in windblume or sumeru festivals
I didn't know Lotus Seed and Bird Eggs Soup that Mona having for dinner is jelly, I thought it was a typical watery soup 👀 Also wonder what Albedo is drawing and Thignari seems like holding a paper similar in colour and length to Albedo's sketch paper. Probably observing his drawing. I guess Yelan with wall/red pillar/tree(maybe) ship is canon, everywhere she is she always leans on to those.😂
The trailers and videos mihoyo put out is so amazing. It adds so much life to the characters on top of the quests and the animation is top tier, really love the game

I love that Razor, Bennett and Fischl made up the Mondstadt Trio just as much as Xinqiu, Chongyun and Xiangling made up the Liyue Trio.
