I agree 100%, the British Royal Family does not have 20 billion dollars at their disposal, the State/Crown owns the majority of the properties and the income from those properties is partially how both the King and the Prince of Wales earn an income

The rest are state property, though they are at the queen's disposal. Except Christiansborg. Christiansborg houses the parliament, the supreme court and the offices of the prime minister. There is a suite called the royal representation rooms, but they are used only for offical events. The queen also owns a hunting lodge. This is just an ordinary house, not a grand royal hunting lodge like the Hermitage.
