Every time I watch this video, I am struck by how exemplary an older brother William is. I think he would've reacted the same way to GiGi's news even before falling in love with Lizzie. Perfection.
How I've missed Darcy. My heart melted when he said "Gigi". This episode and the "Nutella Waffles for two" have been my absolute favorites! Also, that speech had "LIZZIE" written all over it!! I was waiting for a Lizzie cameo though, still crossing my fingers for it!
I seriously screamed when she said "Domino, call William Darcy" LOL I'm so glad they came out with this episode because the fanbase has clearly been wanting it for such a long time now!! BEST SANDITON EPISODE EVER.
"Well you must have had a good reason...Do you mind telling me what it is?" Sooooo much intensity in those two lines! Wow...I remember why I loved his character so much. Economy of language ≠ economy of emotion.

Now that is important development. Gigi has changed so much since we first met her and watching her assert herself to Darcy was wonderful. Darcy has changed so much too. Lizzie is a wonderful influence on him.

And I know how much it means to have family say that, I went through the same thing as Gigi when I changed my major from what my mother wanted me to study. Way to go, Gigi! And when William said, "you're a Darcy. You'll figure it out," I swooned on the spot. That was absolutely perfect! Now get him and Lizzie in a video and this series will be complete!

I have a very protective older brother of my own. So I know that every time Gigi "forgot" to call him or "missed" their scheduled vid chats, Darcy's anxiety levels had to be going through the roof. I also know why Gigi would feel like she was disappointing her brother. I'm glad it's all resolved now.
That was really sweet! It was so nice to see William again. His hair looks different somehow, but I'm glad he's happy. And I'm glad you're happy, Gigi, and making decisions that are good for you.

The last few episodes have made me wish so hard that the beginning and middle of this show had been better! I knew your had it in you, Sanditon.This was great! And I don't think he meant that degrees are meaningless, just that it's more important to follow your heart.
I totally love Gigi and would like to see her in EA! And Darcy, it was Great to see how much he changed. It really felt like a deepened relationship between them! Great again!

Combined with family expectations...lets just say that speech really got to me.

Daring to stand up to someone whose opinion really matters to us. I think that's a universal issue regardless age, gender or culture.
This was a great episode. I wish we could have gotten more of this part of the storyline earlier in the series. I've enjoyed watching these videos, but this whole aspect of the story needed to be explored more, in my opinion.

Hooray an actual WTS video I like and not just b/c Darcy's in it. Meaningful plot that I'm actually interested in. Love Gigi's outfit here. I refuse to believe that these two are anything short of third cousins. Sure we know they're really not siblings, but third cousins, it's a possibility.
1. Firstly I LOVE that it seems the people running the show listened to the fans, we've all been begging for a Darcy appearance and here it was, awesome. Maybe it was planned from the start but I like to think they listened to what we wanted. 2. I am also still waiting for Lizzie to make an appearance, maybe in the finale? 3.
