Not sure if you noticed, but the triangular milled pocket for the clip is on both G10 scales- its fully reversible for lefties and one of the more elegant solutions I've seen. That being said, there has been a lot of criticism about the functionality of the clip itself, getting hung up when pulling the knife out of your pocket.
Thank you for your attention, clip is reversible. I already wish to have a chance to tune the clip design. I hope the model will be successful and Kizer will agree for version 2.0. Unfortunately I didn’t tried real sample yet. I only developed 3D model, and made few iteration of 3D printing of prototype. That is the reason why pocket clip design passed. BR, O.Sho
@nextknife237 I appreciate your personal presence here and direct communication about your design process. I just recieved my Doberman in G10, and I have to say, very nice job! The design is distinctive without being too flashy and the ergos are excellent. I only have two points of constructive criticism: while I like the minimalist flipper tab, I wouldn't mind this one being just a fraction bigger for 2 reasons- it would make the knife a bit easier to flip, and it would provide a safer "stop" when closing the knife, as I have to be more mindful of the sharp edge heading straight for my thumb when disengaging. The second is the aforementioned clip design. It's not as bad as I feared, as I generally wear pretty thin pants material. Simply keeping the material full thickness instead of the fin shape at the pinch point, and a shallower ramp both ways would solve it. That being said, overall, I'm very pleased with it!
Something about this blade shape (specifically by the tip) gives me vibes of the first knife I ever had. It is making me emotionally attached to this knife in a way I probably wouldn't normally. And I love the story behind it!
Thanks for the video 👍 The knife looks cool. He is laconic, but at the same time quite predatory. I also liked that the flipper hides in the handle after opening.
That’s a slick knife with the liners locked into the scales the way it is . Vu Pham took it apart . It’s pretty cool . I would definitely throw this in my pocket .
Cool knife! DEFINITELY want to see the Terrier! That'd be a certain buy if quality built. Supporting a Ukrainian is a big gonus. Any info on Terrier release date?
Who can tell me how such design of blade/handle is called? When blade is lower relatively handle. Or like in CIVIVI Vision. I want to find more such kvives.

I didn’t see that on my limited disassembly but I put the info on my video title

I didn’t notice until after I made the video. There wasn’t any information posted on the Kizer website at the time.
Exactly! 👊

Beautiful knife ❤ that I can't pull out of the pocket - check out that elephant (clip) in the room! 😮

It reminds me of a Twosun I used to own

…been patiently waiting for the next batch to come into either WMK, SMKW, or BladeHQ lol…
It looks a lot like the bladetech ph magnum or Spyderco Wegner (both designed by Tim Wegner.) Very cool though
I really want to get one of these but my wife & kids keep using all my money

Can these designers quit giving baby knives big names. Doberman is at least 4.15 inches
I believe you got the fact that the doberman does have a reversible pocket clip wrong, or am I InCorrect?
This knife looks like it was influenced (copied) from Spyderco Kapara.
