I almost never have nightmares but when I do its.... uh how do i put this to me my nightmares are lucid dreams and for those who dont know what that is they are really really realistic dreams but anyways my nightmares often consist of past traumatic experiences that get worse then they were and what resemble future events that will never happen but theres only one nightmare I get that makes me cry and it's about me offing myself in front of my family and friends and well they prompt me to do it it scares me shitless every time cuz I wake up just as I die in the nightmare
