I notice how you mentioned the importance of using safety glasses , but then you use the drill and cutting wheel while holding the part you were drilling and cutting with your hand. That is a good way to lose a finger or put a hole in your hand. A small vise would be safer. Just some good advice to your viewers. Great and very informative video thank you ; )

Nice, I'm going to do the Graves kit on my FZ1 this weekend. Probably a little different but we'll find out. I was hoping to not have to cut and splice wires. Soldering and heatshrink with sealant always adds time. I twisted wires together before on my first bike when I was younger and it just didn't work out.

After getting some grief from local law enforcement, I tried some license plate bolt LEDs. Working well so far, but I do worry about durability.
When deciding what mods to do on my fz I just do what I can learn from you.. Thanks so much

No plate light?
Thanks for this video. The first 7 minutes anyway, I was looking at my bike like "what the hell..... How am I supposed to remove this thing do I have to take half the bike apart." This walk through was nice as the bikes brand new and usually I can figure it out myself but don't wana break anything!
I'm gona fab my own onto the factory Yamaha metal part. I don't mind the length but the factory bulk on the end has to go!

Is there a name for the first piece that you took off? I'm trying to find a replacement part and I can't find that piece. Please help and awesome videos!

What about the license plate light? I don't want a ticket, what do you suggest?
Another great job. Thanks for the glasses too. I didn't want to comment on the safety glasses on the M4 vid but you never know what kind of person will see you do it and lose an eye. I have cut thousands of pieces of metal without glasses but it only takes one mistake by a novice and they are done.
Any reason you didn't go with the Yoshi eliminator?
Yes, the Graves was available. Yoshimura has one available for the FZ-09 now but it is still out of stock. We might once it becomes available, so stay tuned. Thanks! ~Aubrey
