- Ingredients for beef topping -
: 100g beef (prepared with 1 tsp sake & soy sauce + 2 tsp flour)
: 20g green onion (white part)
: 20g carrot
: 50g cabbage
: 4 shitake
: 1 tbsp miso
: 1 tbsp sake
: 1/2 tsp soy sauce
: Salt / pepper
- Ingredients for easy soup -
: 400ml dashi stock or you can use chicken stock
: 1 tsp ~ grated garlic
: 1 tsp ~ grated ginger
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: A little sesame oil
* you can add green part of green onion when boiling and keeping warm

It's getting a little too hard to get customer(request video file from viewers) constantly on this channel any more. UA-cam has been getting bigger and bigger as you know. And I thought I would have to reset and find something new or more unique segment for the future. Until then, I'll be making No Talk segment which you might not like. I hope you understand this. At least I'll still be making more videos.

I don't think it matters if you take requests or not runny I am sure you can find another way to interact with your audience but I really like listening to you talk when cooking and explain what you are doing! That in my opinion is 100x better than silent cooking. So please don't get rid of commentary videos just cook and comment on what YOU like!

I discovered your channel 2-3 years ago. Because of your videos, i decided to study gastronomy at uni. I changed my mind but i influenced my best friend to study gastronomy. Now we are at the same uni with her and studying what we wanted to be. I lost the account that i subbed you before and i run across your channel a couple weeks ago again. I really love this content i wish this content wouldnt end. It might continue by uploading videos in this content rarely.
