2:47:17 I appreciate Sukuna versus Mahito because he’s literally written and portrayed like a calamity or a mythical beast. It can’t be reasoned with it can be avoided or appeased. There is no logic, no emotion, it just is and I really appreciate that. Especially considering what jujutsu is and what Gege has been saying it is and how it affects sorcerers
2:57:40 If the ghost IS Sukuna’s subconscious telling him he can’t open a domain, all I need him to do is make fun of Sukuna, think abt all the students efforts, look at Yuji, smile, and disappear
Of all the interactions, I think we were robbed of Gojo & Maki the most. You mean the tell me one of your students is twinning with the man that almost put you in a pack and we get nothing?
Idk if I’m alone in thinking this but I really don’t think the act of bringing him back or leaving him dead is inherently a bad decision. It all depends on why and how and what he does following
Honestly, this is a hot take but i think that if Gojo did lose his six eyes, i think that he’d still be able to use infinity (not at the same level) and be efficient in CE manipulation through muscle memory from having and using the six eyes for so long
Losing one brother in battle was devastating, but having another clap back into action Todo is my guy with his musical instrument at his side, and Yuji, seeing them tag team again, was so badass. But man, those last couple of panels OH MAI GAWD 😮
yuta says if gojo never fought sukuna he would’ve one shotted everyone there. gojo 100% did lasting damage to him besides the domain. they are fighting a sukuna that’s nowhere close to even shibuya level
2:53:02 Well, time to get mad at someone with a differing opinion. Gojo deserves a comeback, and my being a grade A glazer is only part of the reason. What has been the point of his character arc, strength, and the isolation that it brings, from whatever we'd learned about him, his character arc had a clear destination, he felt lonely being the strongest and wanted someone to match him, the way he chooses for it was to raise his students to be strong allies and stand with hm, like Geto once stood, that is where it was all going, and then we never got to see any of it, he did not get to make his students strong enough, he did not get to fight alongside someone ever, and less egregiously, his impact on the story after his fight with Sukuna could best be described as, somewhat important. Yes, he got his fight with Sukuna, and yes, he said that fight completed him to some level, but you sure as hell couldn't know that by watching the fight, there was no dialogue, no emotion, no semblance of joy for him in that fight, where's the first rule of storytelling 'Show, don't tell' here. You don't just watch stories for events to make sense in an order, you watch them to get attached to the characters and feel what they're feeling, and that pretty hard to do if the character doesn't seem to show emotion at times when they clearly should. So the Sukuna fight as a proper conclusion to his character arc is off the table, for me atleast, that leaves his students, the ones he's been training since the start of the story so they could fight with him, that is something that has been set up since chapter 11, "I wish to raise stong _allies_ " and reaffirmed in chapter 76, "Make sure to get stronger, don't fall behind", it's not similar to Nanami visiting Malasia or fighting with Ino, those worked as tragedies because they were mentioned after there was already no hope for them to work out, so the audience was never expecting them because they weren't present to be expected, Gojo fighting with his students isn't just fan service, people aren't crazy to be wanting that and wanting to see how finally having an identity aside from the Strongest affects him because they were asked to expect that by the story. Well TL; DR: He's about to kick some fraud ass and it's gonna be awesome.
Everytime someone says he didn't make his students strong enough I point out that none of hus students have died and Sukuna is literally on his last legs. Gojo did succeed. His students will win. That's the point. Gojo is the misunderstood mentor character. His arc actually finished during Hidden Inventory. He doesn't need a second character arc as an adult because he's already gotten development. Gojo isn't the MC he's not going to beat Sukuna. If Gojos back it's only as a distraction for Yuji.
@@Cameron-qe7ilwell yeah he made them strong enough to beat a weakenend sukuna. But the story keeps hammering that if gojo didn't fight sukuna they would be dead. Even our cast acknowledges it. So while i do believe yuji should finish sukuna i don't think gojo helping is an issue because he already been helping his entire fight was there to help we knew gege was never gonna let gojo win so it was there to help the cast win.
I have been saying this from overhaul arc that Hirakoshi just want to show how good, strong, kind, dependable and all the other good quality there is deku have. Because every character in the story only talks about Deku, deku this deku that and deku everything. Every character when they deals with their life problems only talks about how deku helped them or what deku would have done or what deku will think. They do not think about anything else. The author push down other characters soo that deku can rise up instead pushing deku above other top tier characters
3:18:53 I mean to be fair there has been plenty of foreshadowing that Sukuna wanted SOMETHING from Megumi. The only thing Kenjaku wanted from Gojo was him to be dead. He literally just doesn’t want to exist at the same time as him. On top of his entire plan being predicated on “Chaos I can’t control” Calling this theory fanfic Is a lot more reasonable than the former. It’s rude and disrespectful for sure
Shouldn’t Megumi if he comes back with his own body be in the same situation as Yuji? Bathed in Sukuna’s CE and has the muscle memory of extreme jujutsu. Also, he should eventually have access to Shrine. I feel like seeing “Meguna” in a way was a peak at a potential Peak Megumi in the future lol
About the "being stretched too thin" even with the six eyes efficiency, isnt that just something Ino was speculating about. I dont think Gojo ever brought it up himself as a potential problem.
How do you not understand what AFO meant by he hasn’t accomplished anything? The only thing that ever really mattered to him was OFA and by extension Yoichi. This development has been there the entire story in every major arc he’s involved in. Hell when they were still on UA we saw the flashback of him crying while killling Kudo because he “forced his hand” to kill Yoichi because he stole what was his from AFO. His backstory also paints the final picture of what Yoichi meant to him in the most twisted way possible. His dying gasps as a baby and his final moments as a vestige, Hori couldn’t make it any clearer by this point AFO loves Yoichi and that’s his sick obsession with OFA made manifest.
Here is the thing if gojo was alive here and helped. Do i think him helping and being pinacle to the fight ruins the young generation rising up? Not really because gojo was already pinnacle to the fight gege made sure to let us know he is nerfed over and over again. Yuta made sure to tell us they would have been cooked if sukuna did not just fight gojo. Its not like yuji or any of the cast fought without gojo help to begin with. if they fought full strenght sukuna then maybe i would care but in this case gojo already helped them against sukuna.

Are these guys idiot or what? First of all we're never given CE reserve, output and efficiency in numeric terms to exactly pin point. His reserve according to Yuta is 2-2.5x we don't know. His output is lower chan Ryu, and his efficiency is similar to Six Eyes. His own CT is very efficient but with Gojo he relied on Ten Shadows and Domain, and I assume summoning is more consuming than his own. Efficiency never goes down in Jujutsu it's output, they're correlative but not causative. Jacob's latter extinguish CT not CE. Black Flash mainly increases output with reserves at side. His RCT is same as Gojo and he was using it fully throttle in Gojo fight not the same afterwards. And he isn't even healing much now. And earlier statement was made by sukuna, now the narrator. Sukuna used about or almost but narrator is saying definitely.
