There's different ways but not many of them I'd say are fast per say. One of the simplest methods is dabbing blobs of taping mud on the back of the sheet and hammering 1" concrete nails into the grout lines of the block. Just have to be careful when hammering not to damage the face of the drywall too much. Instead of taping mud you can also use a polyurethane foam which is faster to apply to the concrete. There's general all purpose polyurethane adhesives that's work well on concrete. You can also use a hammer drill and some tapcons to fasten the sheet instead of hammer concrete nails. It's the fastening that's the slower part. Personally I'd recommend some foam adhesive and a hammer drill and tapcons. Screw the perimeter of the sheet and glue the middle. Hope that helps
