- We took the Red Line from downtown to Lambert Airport. See many stops along the way including the Arch, Schnucks, Old Post Office, Wainwright Building, Laclede Gas Building, Kiener Plaza, Civil Courts Building, Webster University in downtown, Central Library, Soldiers Memorial, Christ Church Cathedral, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, Union Station, the Armory, Ikea, City Foundry, Delmar Loop, Barnes Jewish Hospital, Forest Park, University of Missouri-St. Louis, and much more. I also showed part of the Blue Line in Clayton, St. Louis County.
Rode it. It's fun!😊

I love my hometown Stl so much!😁❤❤ lots of fun things to do without breaking the bank😂. I get so tired of hearing most people that are not from Stl talking about and claiming how bad the crime is here it's really not that bad! A lot of great things here Just don't bother nobody and they won't bother you

Another great video of interesting sites of STL. Did they finally establish a dedicated police force for Metro to cut down on the crime? For the longest time, I would read about crimes on the Metro that caused issues because they had no dedicated police force. Loved the many views. I see that Metro utilized many of the old RR tunnels in downtown, which is great. My grandfather used to tell me about the tunnel that went under the old post office downtown. I can't believe how quiet Lambert is now. Back in the day when TWA used it as a major hub, it was constantly hopping. Loved seeing the cake at the airport. I think that might have been made by local artist Mark Swain, who is a good friend of my wife and native STLouisan. Thanks so mich. Always love your videos!
Thanks so much for watching and your insights! Yes, it's unfortunate about the crime issue. The Metro has such really nice routes and it's clean. It takes you right to a lot of great places. I hope it can be utilized more in the future. I had a very positive experience. I agree the cake was awesome!
