Oh Christians in Egypt and the rest of the middle east hold fast to your faith. We your fellow christians around the world are always behind you all. River of tears continuously flow from our eyes in witnessing your agony and pains. Gems are not shined without polishing nor christians be perfected without trials and pains. Your pains and sufferings contribute to the purification of the mystical body of Christ, which is referring to us all Christians. We are much closer to you than you think.
"And slay them wherever you find them, and drive them out of the places where they drove you out, for persecution of Muslims is worse than slaughter of non-believers..." -Surah 2:191 "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"- Surah 8:12 Fighting is prescribed for you...." -Surah 2:216 Allah's Apostle said... 'I have been made victorious with terror'-Bukhari 52:220
Allah says no compulsion in religion and to only preach and remind(Surah 2:256, 13:40, 88:21), then he turns around and says to "strive against the disbelievers" and to 'be harsh with them" (Surah 9:73), and to "fight" them and "let them find in you a harshness" (Surah 9:123). How much more abrogated can it get?
There are no historical records of Muslims being under attack by the Meccans in the way it's mention in that Surah. The Meccans were a far away people, and had nothing to do with them.
2) 1 Sam 15:3, same thing, this was a time of war!!! - Surah 2:256, yea says that but this is abrigation. Most Muslim scholars will tell you that. do you know what abrigation is? pretty much, Allah can't make up his mind. He says something then changes it later. for instance, your god allowed and denounced temporal marriage (zwag al mot3a) 9 different times. I know people who keep their word better than your god, and don't change with the wind so much.
1) Quit making up points. NO historian will say what you just told me. They never attacked the church because it brought them money. And in response to Num 31:10, it's not an open-ended teaching; remember context. this was a command for this group and this era; this was a war for the Holy Land. And it was a just way of God's wrath for THOSE PEOPLE of THAT TIME. Luke 19:27- it's talking about judgement day. Symbollic example, not literal. Read it in context.
comment 1: Because you're nice, you're trying to make the Islamic teaching nice like you. Sadly, you're far from the truth. The context doesn't suggest that killing is okay in a situation where they are attacked first.
2) the crusades happened as a result of Muslims kidnapping and raping people. main thing: in the Bible, this is not Biblical teaching to kill other people. people can take God's name and do lots of bad things with it. your Quran teaches it however. and that last thing is a political problem, not a religious one. a matter of whose land it is etc this is a waste of time to argue. i am here to argue a religion's teachings, not people's actions.
God bless those fallen. Just if everyone could be like them. Serving others than themselves. Pray for those persecuted.

All of these killings etc are parallel with Islamic teaching; such actions are actually promoted in Islam.
ORLY
well if that's true can ya name one
By the way, tell me a war in which Muslims got in a war IN WHICH THE OPPONENT ATTACKED FIRST. You won't find one.
ByHisStripes123 define when each individual war starts. I could name battles where other parties were the instigators.
