@bluntkilla6806 if you have the funds, it won't be a bad idea to move to Pau Torres. Of course it depends how much you have in the bank, and who else you have in your team. If you can get to Robertson even better. If you have just enough, you can try and get Dunk of Brighton. All these guys looks like nailed players and have good fixtures. Everything's depends on what the rest of your team looks like. Otherwise you can just park him on your bench until you WC.
Agree on Rogers, he provides incredible value for the price. Better to hold him than a more expensive half arsed pick who get the same amount of points. Lewis i diagree with about selling. He could provide an excellent way into city defense when CL starts. I think Walker will be preferred in CL and Lewis in Peps system now in PL. Also, having Lewis as a 4th defender is a great option. I bet he is well over 5 mill soon enough. I'm having him on a WC now. I'm even considering playing Faes against Everton

What are your thoughts. Other alternative is Winks Bailey, 3rd sub is Barco, so not much depth.

Hi Fran, like your idea of a slightly delay WC. Personally I'm liking a WC8 myself, you get to capture the 2 great fixtures of triple Arsenal and the 2 home games for Palmer. Only issues is I would be going without both Haaland and Salah. But I think it could be worth it. Just have to hope Haaland remains affordable in GW8 haha

Bruno is a good pick this week but if it goes wrong again it’s just another week of no points when you might miss out on another Salah haul, tough scenario to be in
The scenario might not be that bad. Say Salah gets 15. If Bruno gets 6, then the difference is only 9 points. And a spare FT is really worth 4 points. So maybe net loss of 5.And 15 for Salah is not guaranteed at all

I think it is much safer to wait for the deadline news streams, not only this week , but every week before making changes. That is only my opinion, I don't bother much about price rises to make early changes. That's just me, lots of people disagree and there is nothing wrong with that. Maybe Isak outscores him by 2 points if you take the transfer into account subtracting 4 points from Watkins, but that’s not a season ending disaster by any means.

Fran what do you think about Rico Lewis in a WC4 draft. Currently other defenders are Trent Porro Pau/Konsa and Faes. Don't want a Brighton defender as already have good options for GW4/5 and getting a Brentford defender in would limit my ability to get Flekken in GW6. Is there any other 4.5 that is a great option GW6 onwards

Some good points Fran. I don’t think Konsa or Lewis will start. Eze needs to go as palace are not as attacking. Saka is never a captain choice for me and overpriced, he only gets a pen or assist or goal and never big hauls.
This was my thought process last season and he really butchered my rank over 4 gameweeks. Went from top 3k to 250K in a matter of just 4 gameweeks. I didn’t recover that drop for the remainder of the season. He’s a premium asset for a reason.
