- Let by an Additional SP Assam police with his around 100 police force came inside Naga village Vikoto which is under Tsürangkong Range of Mokokchung Nagaland and destroyed plantations and structures build by Vikoto villagers.
This is not the first time Assam police are harassing the villagers, this is the second time after a gap of month.
Luckily the brave Naga IRB jawans led by a Havildar were stationed just few kilometres away from that area after the first attack on Naga village by Assam police a month back came to rescue and intervened.
Situation is still tensed and negotiations undergoing.

Assam is still dependent on Megh for hydro power. If Megh chooses, Assam can be without electricity for years on end.

Brothers and sisters, although there are conflicts among the state affairs the comments like assam people are cunning, assam is a sick state, etc,etc. I have one question , if the people of assam are cunning and a sick state then why do the majority of the northeastern state inhabit in assam. Our lands are free to inhabit for all our northeastern states and own property on our land but none of the other states allow any other state to own land. Can you tell me why ? The explanation is always protection for indigineous people.
A brother said there will be no pur Assamese people left in the upcoming years , but have we all thought if the assam government also comes up with border gates with ILP system what will be the situation.
