If the Bartlett's test is significant while Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test is unacceptable, do I still proceed to conduct factor analysis? If not, what are the remedies?

If the Bartlett's Test of Sphericity is not significant (p = .097) what does that mean? And can I still conduct my MANOVA?
If it's not significant, I think it means that your data is really similar to an identity matrix. I'm not sure if about the MANOVA part though
