I used to be such a huge Klaus/Caroline fan, but when Klaus met Camille, I knew he had met his soulmate. This is the only woman I have seen so far who really challenged him and inspired him to be better. She called him on his bull while at the same time giving him the compassion and understanding that he needs. I don't care where the writers choose to take Klaus' story romantically. Cami was the one for him.
i think it started with caroline though she was the stepping stone, and hayley and caroline called the bullshit he does and held him accountable they doesn't babysit him cause he isn't one. they made cami and klaus as flowery and cheesy its more as if i was watching a rebellious teen guy and a geeky good girl drama.
Cami was easily one of my favorite characters. When she died it felt like the light of the show faded away. I liked that she challenged him yet saw the good in him when others didn't. It was cool to create a character who specialized in psychology because I feel that she truly understood him. I love that they were both into art and having such wonderful deep discussions. Their scenes always made me smile because they bickered like an old married couple or they were just cute in love. Very underrated couple I feel.

I don't understand klaroline. They're continuously using eachother and only klaus ever shows some kind of real feelings towards Caroline but she never shows it back. It feels like there's only really sexual tension there, no real feelings. Klaus broke Tyler, Caroline's first love an she slept with him and klaus was constantly used by Caroline in schemes with her friends and yet klaus let her go. It seems a little too OOC for me. Whereas with klamille, they show real emotion towards eachother. They genuinely care about eachother like they belong to the same big messed up family. Camille understands klaus and how he feels and that's why he loves her so much. She not only accepts what klaus has done just like Caroline, but she understands them and that's what makes her Reasons more...reasonable? I'm simply happy someone made a video like this. Makes me feel that I'm not alone with my undying love for Klamille. I've never seen a couple so intense like them and I'm sad how underrated they are because of couple that had not even a half of what they had. They were just written so good and who wrote their romance probably loved doing it. That's for what I'm grateful.

Klaus and Camille were in love The thing with Caroline was more of him crushing over her and she being attracted to him..there was no love in between them.. But with Cami there were meaningful conversations, sacrifices, understanding and pure unconditional love
I always tell toxic klaroline friends, Caroline when Klaus net her was not good for him, she wasn’t mature enough and was too dependent on her friends to be with him, she literally insulted Kol’s dead body to his face, Cami when Klaus met her was a mature grown woman who understood the world wasn’t just black and white and that not all monsters are born that way, but the Caroline from season 5 of the Originals, the Caroline who had kids and has grown and matured is also good. Klaus just needed someone with enough maturity and patience to be with him cami had that while teen Caroline did not
They were beautiful together, they both inspired each other, Camille was attracted to his darkness and I feel other than hope she was the only one who kept him closer to his humanity. You made this to perfection. You know what's different about Camille. He RESPECTED HER like no one before. No woman has been able to earn that kind of place in his heart. Yes, madly in love and willing slave to Caroline. But they never ended up together because Caroline never bothered or cared enough to step in and change him. He did love her and they had “their time together" the day she confessed in the jungle. Hayley and him in the heat of the moment took things on. And she does fit as a Queen, but more suitable for Elijah I feel. Too much for Caroline and too little for Hayley. Made for eachother would've be Cami for him. He is good with her, strong, vulnerable and capable. If you rethink about them, he went as far as kissing her. He never crossed the line. HE could've that night( the night she was turned). But he stopped himself. He fell asleep. He felt safe. For the first time after Elijah, someone believed in him and made him a better man. But it's a curse to love them as Hayley said. Cami loved Klaus and she died. Hayley loved Elijah and she died following Camille. This show is beyond words for me. The best out of the 3 they've made.♥️

Some people believe he was never in love with Cami that he ever only saw her as a friend and that it needs to be stated. That he was in love with Caroline. Like it means he can't have feelings for 2 people. That did acknowledge that his friendship with Cami was healthy. This one commit did. But he's not in love with her. Like they're lying to themselves. Klaus has feeling for Cami that started and got stronger in early to mid season 1.
I agree with you, just don't forget that when Camille died and Hayley wants to approach Klaus to support him he tells her that it's not the same as losing her husband because the person she really has a connection with is still breathing (Eliah, and for that moment Karoline was still alive while Camille had already died) also Mikael , Esther and don't forget Aurora and Lucian, they used Cami as Klaus weakness because he cares and have feellings for her . His family consider her as family that's why they take her to live with them and if I remember correctly Klaus trusts her to keep the secret that Hope was still alive when they wanted to kill her as a newborn. There is also a chapter in which he tells Camille that what is important to her is important to him, what makes her happy makes her want to keep it and what scares her wants to destroy it...and the way that they said goodbye ... tell me who didn't cry with that? She had already told him that she loved him before falling and when he was in her mind to connect is amazing how he recreates in detaills that first day they met and that even if it wasn't for him meet her at the bar, he would have found her in other ways and Klaus tells her that he loves her and unlike all the souls he has found and forgotten in a long time. He will take her with him, and she responded : I think that makes me immortal... can someone say that this isn't love for eternity?

The thing with Caroline was more of him crushing over her and she being attracted to him..there was no love in between them..
But with Cami there were meaningful conversations, sacrifices, understanding and pure unconditional love
I always tell toxic klaroline friends, Caroline when Klaus net her was not good for him, she wasn’t mature enough and was too dependent on her friends to be with him, she literally insulted Kol’s dead body to his face, Cami when Klaus met her was a mature grown woman who understood the world wasn’t just black and white and that not all monsters are born that way, but the Caroline from season 5 of the Originals, the Caroline who had kids and has grown and matured is also good. Klaus just needed someone with enough maturity and patience to be with him cami had that while teen Caroline did not
They were beautiful together, they both inspired each other, Camille was attracted to his darkness and I feel other than hope she was the only one who kept him closer to his humanity. Not even Caroline could do that. He really loved her, if she were alive Klaus wouldn't have ignored hope bec🙄she saw him killing people.

You made this to perfection. You know what's different about Camille. He RESPECTED HER like no one before. No woman has been able to earn that kind of place in his heart. Yes, madly in love and willing slave to Caroline. But they never ended up together because Caroline never bothered or cared enough to step in and change him. He did love her and they had “their time together" the day she confessed in the jungle. Hayley and him in the heat of the moment took things on. And she does fit as a Queen, but more suitable for Elijah I feel. Too much for Caroline and too little for Hayley. Made for eachother would've be Cami for him. He is good with her, strong, vulnerable and capable. If you rethink about them, he went as far as kissing her. He never crossed the line. HE could've that night( the night she was turned). But he stopped himself. He fell asleep. He felt safe. For the first time after Elijah, someone believed in him and made him a better man. But it's a curse to love them as Hayley said. Cami loved Klaus and she died. Hayley loved Elijah and she died following Camille. This show is beyond words for me. The best out of the 3 they've made.♥️

Some people believe he was never in love with Cami that he ever only saw her as a friend and that it needs to be stated. That he was in love with Caroline. Like it means he can't have feelings for 2 people. That did acknowledge that his friendship with Cami was healthy. This one commit did. But he's not in love with her. Like they're lying to themselves. Klaus has feeling for Cami that started and got stronger in early to mid season 1.
I agree with you, just don't forget that when Camille died and Hayley wants to approach Klaus to support him he tells her that it's not the same as losing her husband because the person she really has a connection with is still breathing (Eliah, and for that moment Karoline was still alive while Camille had already died) also Mikael , Esther and don't forget Aurora and Lucian, they used Cami as Klaus weakness because he cares and have feellings for her . His family consider her as family that's why they take her to live with them and if I remember correctly Klaus trusts her to keep the secret that Hope was still alive when they wanted to kill her as a newborn. There is also a chapter in which he tells Camille that what is important to her is important to him, what makes her happy makes her want to keep it and what scares her wants to destroy it...and the way that they said goodbye ... tell me who didn't cry with that? She had already told him that she loved him before falling and when he was in her mind to connect is amazing how he recreates in detaills that first day they met and that even if it wasn't for him meet her at the bar, he would have found her in other ways and Klaus tells her that he loves her and unlike all the souls he has found and forgotten in a long time. He will take her with him, and she responded : I think that makes me immortal... can someone say that this isn't love for eternity?
