I love the way they look at each other as well. Even during the timeline where she *CLAIMS* to find him _"repulsive"_ watch their interactions. She's often *way too close* (physically) to him if she *REALLY* finds him _"repulsive"!_

He's never said "I love you" to her in words, but his eyes scream it all the time and it makes me cry. I'm usually not into the romance aspect of shows and movies. I'm so incredibly unromantic lol. But this show and these 2 characters get me right in the feels and all I've wanted to see since season 1 is for them to just be in love and not be afraid of it.
Someone who is not into romantic stuff and yet is intrigued by the show so much, then that says a LOT about the brilliancy of the actors and the storytelling of this show.
Yes. In fact this is one of the very few shows my entire family love. The end of Season 4 was heart breaking and the news that Season 5 will in all likelihood be the last is enough to make me sad all by itself. :(
The TIMING of these clips is spectacular, using just enough of the dialogue and expression to ring in counterpart to the text on screen. Simply wow. I've actually watched it three times now for the sheer JOY of it. Nice use of his doorway manners as "She changes him." Did you also write the original list of items -- if so, love the parallels and quick switches throughout. Really well done and purely enjoyable.
I did write that list, tumblr is very enabling for things like that. And that list became "Hey I like watching 101 Reasons videos, lets make one." If I could do it over, I'd vary some of the transitions a little instead of all cuts (I thought transitions would be to distracting with text, but after seeing it I think it'd add polish), I'd try to clean the some of the clip audio more to take out more background, and pick up the pace a little in 58-82. But I really enjoy the parallels.

Is it just me, or did Chloe's makeup in the early episodes seem excessive? She seems to be wearing less later on and looks much prettier as a result! Watch Season 5B and then go back to the first season. Chloe looks so different -- in a good way. Watch the part of the episode at the L.A. Coliseum and try to imagine _"Chloe 1.0"_ from the first season standing there with Lucifer! I dare you! That goes for both her physical appearance as well as her character development and maturity!
Thank you, after I used it I remembered it was from Castle. I guess because I've really liked Robert Duncan's piano themes, all the way back from BTVS and Last Resort, and that particular piece conveyed the tone I wanted, which was a beat change in their dynamic form when they are very opposite to when they start influencing each other, and they each grow as a result.

Surprisingly they have multiple ship names. The ones I've heard are Deckstar, Deckerstar, and Chlucifer. I just prefer Deckerstar. Deckstar makes me think of Dexter the show, and Chlucifer doesn't roll for me when I try to say it. Also, in the series, I feel like they refer to those two characters more by last names, which is why I like Deckerstar.
I don't share that opinion. While I prefer season 1 over season 2, particularly in tone, I still think there's a lot of good relationship development to be had. But thank you all the same for sharing your thoughts and interacting.
