When I first heard of Johnny Rotten I was a young gal living among the cornfields Illinois and I was repulsed. However the more I listened to the Sex Pistols and PIL I came to my senses.

the bass is more creative than on This is PIL . Still think that Keith and Jah combo would give this a way darker/intricate edge which John does not seem a single bit pre-disposed to (judging by these videos). Great to see John in top form enjoying himself anyway, what my musical musings may be is COMPLETELY irrelevant

Yeah, because that riff has NEVER been used in any old 60's spy movie/tv show soundtracks, has it? i love Syd and early Pink Floyd, but to think he/they invented this riff is ludicrous.

The opening riff is Lucifer Sam, Siam Cat...say no more! wink! wink! nudge! nudge!......always knew Lydon was a closeted Pink Floyd fan, but Barrett's lyrics are better.
