Would you mind telling me what tires you used on this project. For some reason I missed it. I'm having problems finding good tires in the 48mm range. I need 48mm tires for a scale project that I'm working on.
Do you know if that LCG mofo transmission mount and motor fit on a Injora LCG style chassis? Wonder if it would be to close and rub the inside of that chassis rails
@@AngusCPU it’s hard to know without seeing your set up. What motor are you running? You can try moving your front upper links to a lower frame mount. or try shorter uppers and longer lowers to give some caster and lean the axle. Could also use high clearance upside down as front uppers.

I tried including some castor as you often do but no dice there. I think I’m looking at getting some longer links, rear facing motor or a different motor mount.
@@AngusCPU yeah that’s a longer motor. The only Cedar I’ve done is in my Ripper build I think. I don’t think Mofos standard mount (transfer gear) will work on anything but the micro outrunner motors like the Nano Bam, Creeper, or Micro Komodo.

@@COAL-CRAWLERS I wouldn’t say weak, just less run time. I have plenty of smaller batteries so swapping out isn’t a big deal. This had way less options than the MB24 for fitment. Always a way though!

@35:13 for this build. Pitbull, Frixion, Powerhobby, & RC4WD all offer small guys in the 48-50 range. Boom Racing as well.
