So they don’t offer you guys Uni transport when you doing your (what we call LSN at my uni)? i’ve never had to use my car because the school offers transport which i thought every Uni did lol
whaaat ? you guys are living the life lol. We need to figure out our own transport, but we are given a bit of money towards the end of the year to çover transport costs
What would be the purpose of physics velocity and electrical circuit in medical school. So in medical terminology you guys are learning latin and ancient greek
There are quite a bit of procedures, equipment and concepts in biology that you’d need a background in physics to make some sense of. Going back to circuits - I’m actually not quite sure if we did those in the module hey. But besides that, med students aren’t necessarily specialised into health sciences in their first semester of first year - we’re basically still following a very scientific syllabus . In medical terminology we’re learning medical terminology and most of the words have roots in Latin or Greek - yes.
Great video btw, you should do another video about all the other years, it’s interesting to see how different but similar med schools in SA are.
Thank you - that's definitely the plan. Stay tuned and thank you for watching

Thank you for sharing, jus thought of asking if you know which universities in SA promote once a 60% and above average is achieved?
I don’t know about all the other universities but at Tuks - the promoting standard was 60% until this year (2022) when it was increased to 65%
@@phathunextdoor4571 Okay thanks
