Its not easy being a non odia to lead, in Naveen Patnaik case it was his father who created the base for him to lead. V K Pandian may be a good person in reality, only time can say how successful he will be in front face of politics.

We have CM like Naveen Pattnaik and associate like VK Pandian
They are so calm and composed while progressing our state without dirty politics like other states i.e WB
Neither they are using any religious drama or anything like that for politics
You can see other states like up,delhi,Bihar,Karnataka etc. where politicians are creating unnecessary disharmony among people whereas our CM only believes in doing work instead of showing off .

As an proud Odia I want this government in future also and we all should know the truth about all the political party's nature of governing and then should vote for a progressive and harmonious Odisha.
As a citizen of India I feel BJP is good in its foreign policies, law and order and defence other than any government currently but BJP has many strong loopholes and its doing many democratic killing activities right now
So we shouldn't risk our peaceful and progressive environment which our current state government has created over decades by electing any other party right now.
If we see Congress
It has already set example in the centre
And
If we see BJP its a party which majorly play its communal politics which we don't want in our Odisha where we all people from every religion are living peacefully .
Our current government is much and much better than any other.
As we can see the opposition parties don't have any strong point that they can use for attacking BJD
Corruption is a problem here that our state government should focus that happens in low levels generally.
And developing our western Odisha to a certain more high level.
And if we compare the corruption with other states then our state comes among the least corrupt states in India
