About the song:
Two lifelong friends started to philosophise about reality, time and the allegory of the cave from Plato.
Once they came back home it kept haunting them. They wanted to create a dreamy, melodic but still danceable vibe with an artistic edge.
When creating the track it always felt like the song started to slip away, that's why the "hold me tight" verse was included, there was a constant struggle between "here we go!" and failure.
About the video:
An elliptic loop was created and everything except the reactor images was shot by Shadow bear productions. It's not easy to get these drone permissions in New York.
When the caretaker left its station, things got out of hand. A big contrast between the mundane imagery from the people in a city that is mostly depicted for its famous landmarks.
