There's a secret in red horse. One bottle per case has a smiling horse from the logo. It's called happy horse and urban legend says it has higher alcohol content.
I watched all of your videos just this morning. I was really interested since my students are Koreans. You really made my day, and am happy to watch your new vlog now. I'm now a fan of yours. 😍
Face color Before tasting beer from pinkish, to reddish ... All so cute☺️ Definitely will miss your friends in your vlogs and welcome to the beautiful islands of the Philipines!
Fun fact: See those red cheeks? They're experiencing the Asian Flush Syndrome or simply Alcohol Flush reaction. This occurs because of a genetic deficiency in the way we metabolise alcohol in our liver.
Pale Pilsen: It's a social gathering, there's food, there's friends, relatives, etc. There's Karaoke , it might be some kind of a birthday or a going away party. Pale Pilsen, goes well with "pulutan" or drinking snacks. You might get tipsy before midnight, but that's it. You feel better about it, tomorrow morning, there's no memory lapses or what not... San Mig Light: You're outside on a hot summer night. You're with friends, with girls, with girlfriends or what not. You don't want the girls to get too drunk before you are. Let's face it, women, generally, get drunk faster than men because of their weight, it's a fact. You feel fine, it's fun, had fun socializing with friends and girls. Drinking too much SML won't give too many consequences. Red Horse: You're with your friends(More often than not, only male friends...) You start at around 8pm and have no intention of going home before you see the sun. It's fun from the start until it's 3 am, where your memory starts to decline after each glass. Eventually, you wake up at 11pm, the next day. You didn't know how you got home, or if you are in your home. You check one your friend group chats and it seems to have been the case that you either: let some dark secret out, came out as gay to your friends, had a pretty embarrassing video of you recorded that you wouldn't share the public. Either way, you feel horrible, but the next weekend, you're eager to join them again, getting faceshit drunk till morning. Having said that, my beer of choice is Red Horse :D
I lived in the countryside. Whenever we drink beer or alcohol, we prefer to drink the 4x4(only filipino knows this term hahah) because redhorse for us is too plain and have a weaker effect. Then after watching this vid, i was shock how people said that redhorse is a strong one while for us at countryside, we thought for years that it is such a weak drink. Omegad. Come on
I try wine once in a while,my first drink was idk what it was tasted like grape juice with a kick and san mig light apple I don't like the apple so I think the lemon would taste better
Thanks for trying Philippines beers....I preferred pilsen than light and red horse....enjoy staying and learning cultures....more power and God bless always.....

i'm glad you and your friends enjoyed philippine beers. my uncle was actually one of the people who developed san miguel light so i sent him the link on this vid for him to enjoy. i am actually surprised koreans like the taste of beer here considering the drinking culture there, i thought you would have better tasting beer.

I used to teach English to Koreans as my part-time job while I studied at a University. We drank Red Horse every night till we get wasted. They love our beer.
Not surprised why they like San Mig Light. It has that refreshing, citrusy taste to it and I am a fan of it too more than Pale Pilsen or even Red Horse. It is somewhat similar to Corona Beer of Mexico. The best way to taste these types of beer is to put a lime or a squeeze of calamansi to bring out the flavor.
I preferred RH ( Red Horse ).... Pag may session ng inuman kami ng tropa ko... First, we drink hard which is Emperador or Alfonso after that banlaw ng red horse..m

From my observation San Mig Light and Red Horse is really popular with the younger generation, it's also the one that is most available in bars here in the PH. The older generation is more familiar with Pale Pilsen though since it is the flagship beer you can also see it in the background of a lot of old action movies.
