Noah straight up blew the best opportunity that he ever had. I don't know if he's ever had a real job before working for you, Max, but it's not always sunshine and roses in the real world. You're going to have tough days where you don't want to be there anymore and you don't get along with people around you, but you got to work through that shit and stick through it and keep on hustling because it gets better again. You have to take those moments as learning opportunities and carry that with you moving forward. All he had to do was be a stand up guy and employee for you, for a few years and he would have been set for life. He had the best teacher that you could ever get. His apprenticeship couldn't be purchased with money, as the kid had no idea how lucky he was. Instead he let his ego get the best of him, he probably had people chirping in his ear telling him that he could do better without Max and TraxNYC, and that he needs to strike out on his own because he's got name recognition or some shit, but the reality is that doing this type of thing shows other people the kind of businessman he is and nobody's going to want to do business with someone like that. All you got in this world is your word and your name, and when you aren't true to your word then your name is tarnished forever. Guarantees that within a few years he's not going to be working on the street anymore. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know. For his sake, I hope he proves me wrong, but it's going to be real tough when nobody wants to work with him because they know the kind of person he is and that his word and promises are worthless.

Dude got paid 80k a year, could’ve lived off 40 and invested the rest and had a quarter million working for him in 5 years, instead he looks at the numbers and doesn’t realize there’s bills associated with business. My brother had a pawn shop in the Keys, he trained two mates, but, in the end, they were taking in pawns, for themselves, building up some merchandise, then, quitting and opening their own pawn business, in the same area. I don't have a funny shmoopy comment but when I was caring for my terminally ill mom I would feed the squirrels, I'd buy them dehydrated corn on the cob, shelled peanuts (their favorite) and bagged squirrel food, It was the only bright part of my days was feeding the squirrels with my mom RIP Mom, squirrels with their little hands and big eyes, they're such great little animals and I can't wait till I have some, Maybe at my next house. I was feeding tons at my mom's and they all moved into the trees near her door and would come inside. Everytime I see your Shmoopy's on the show or your Instagram always makes me think of warm memories with my mom.
