He means
"Your being charged up crazy for labor, not materials."
Actually he is probably referencing the fact that after market editions to pieces like the one's he does depreciate the value of the piece. In the Post Malone video he mentions looking for the factory set diamond watches because factory set pieces can retain and increase in value where after market additions depreciate the value. It's basically like taking a rare toy out of it's box.
When he says to go somewhere else he's no doubt meaning someone that deals in collectables and rares and not just ice :)

The sheer fact that baguette diamonds are so popular in this style of jewellery says it all as it's a cut that doesn't show off the amazing refraction diamonds are capable of, which is what makes them glitter. You may aswell use glass if you're doing a baguette cut
Exactly. I've never understood the love of baguettes. Unless you're cutting a ruby, I find it to be basic.
I find it gives more of a flash look than a brilliance kinda similar to how light retracts off of black diamonds but u can still see inside the diamond. That's why I personally like the baguettes soooo much and also cuz of how u can stack em like bricks
