Erik won the Swedish Idol in 2009. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with leukemia in 2021 but still went on to join Skid Row in 2022. He just recently stepped away from Skid Row to pursue his health care. He has done collabs with Dan Vasc and Tommy Johansson too. He is phenomenal! Thanks!
I think the Swedish idol final was I. Malmoe and they filmed a trailer for all artists and they filmed Erik right outside where I lived in the rain when I was walking my dog

Erik’s voice is awesome! He does a collaboration with Dan Vasc. It’s called Breaking the Silence and it’s a HEAT cover that Erik was the lead singer for at one time. Erik and Dan look like they are having so much fun singing it together!

he fronted the Swedish band Heat for 10 years, left the band, then effing cancer, had a bone marrow transplant and then got the call to front Skid Row. he was their singer for about a year or so until recently.
