I am blown away. I see flying geese, instead of the HSTs. Such a beautiful quilt.

Stephanie, I thought they were flying geese too. Using half square triangle’s makes this quilt so much easier.

When you showed a 4 patch, I looked at the quilt behind you and thought, no way. Then you made HST and again I thought no way. I could not believe how this quilt went together. I was seeing flying geese and intricate piecing. What an amazing quilt. Thank you for sharing this Jenny. Never would have figured it out just looking at the quilt.

I saw the 4 patch being connected by a strip (length of quilt).... but the I was so so wrong. Lot of work for me at 85, I'll pass on this one but it's great.

After you said it started with a four patch, I saw the four patch in the quilt, but thought…oh no, complicated flying geese shashing ! Half square triangles are so much easier! Great quilt .

This one sure *does* look more complicated to make than it is using your methods. My initial look was “wow, this looks beautiful, but uhoh those dreaded flying geese!” Happy to see I was wrong. This is totally doable! I will use my Strip Tube ruler as I don’t have those slotted trimmers, but it will definitely work. Thanks again Jenny and MSQC team for filming & editing this excellent video tutorial! ~Diana K

Oh my god, I saw the Easy Crow Feet Quilt in Block. However, because it was scrunched up on a lap I couldn’t see the design. The little drawing on the next page is too small for my old eyes to make out.
Then I happened to see Jenny’s tutorial on the Easy Crow Feet Quilt. I was able to see the whole quilt on the design wall and I fell in love with it.
I didn’t realize it was the same quilt in Block. Now, I also have the instructions.
I wonder how many quilts I would loved in Block but I just couldn’t see the whole quilt design.
I hope the celebration wall quilt has tutorial too. Not sure make that bow.
Jenny thanks for a great tutorial. Having the quilt all opened up to see the design. Perfect!
