I use to do a lot of both up to marathon distance, these days my sciatica prevents me from running any great distance. So I replace running with cycling and hill walking.
Loved this video and the tips, thanks so much for making these videos! I love running (with my dogs) and have started using the GoPro11 this year to film my running vlogs, but still figuring out how to make "cinematic" shots while managing two dogs strapped around my waist, so your videos are very valuable and I will definitely try out some of these tips! (ps. thanks so much for sharing so much beautiful footage of our stunning country! As a fellow Capetonian, seeing the mountains, forests and ocean that surround our city makes me so proud to call this home.)

both road and trail runner (just for fun), no dream races in mind, but doing the Ommiedraai 10k on Sunday 😅

So cool! I'll probably never use them, but it's cool to see how those transitions work! It's like finding out how a magic trick is done.
