Been working put for 21 days staring i started at 180 I have a diet work put twice a week and now im at 165 its seems crazy I haven’t been that low since 2 years im 5’5 so at 180 i looked fatter around my face and guy now eveyone keeps telling me i looked thinner every workout I watch these videos to keep me going and remind me why I started because I want to be the best and the best need to to work overtime I work out at 2 am for 1 and half hour and work for 9 hrs then workout again for another hour and a half

David Goggins sounds more calm in these coming winter edits. i am happy to hear it in his voice that he is seeing that he is influencing countless lives for the better. I will show him one day just how much we all love him. He will be ready and he will be crowned with his actualization. He went as far into the desert as Moses, Jesus, Paul Atreides, Mohammad, Various buddhas, etc did. Some pursuit the actualization through suffering. Some through goodness of heart. I accept my world and estate. The old evil one, ol scratch, the liar is kicked off his morning thrown and Christ himself and all of us individually and collectively with him will accept our glory.
