@@briansmyla8696 If the president is champing or not. He is still the president 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Therefore, he must have access to everything he needs to perform his job. Champagne trips are reimbursed but his party committee. So no president champagne on taxpayer dollars.
@@briansmyla8696 The real issue is the PAC and special interest groups that control what our gov does. Each viable candidate, 2 from each party and 1 Independent should all get a cap of 500 Million tax payer dollars each to campaign with and a total ban on PAC etc private funds no matter what!. That 500 million would go toward Biden "renting" the presidential resources like AF1 while he is out campaigning. As it is most such trips are fund raisers during the election cycles. America's debt is on borrowed time.

I too visited Scranton for a track meet. Looks like many PA towns.
