I've found this rare version of the Italian national anthem from the year 1943 in a UA-cam video and I thought it would be cool to make a video with it.
@Sakkra1993 well, the late RSI Mussolini returned socialist-fascist, meanwhile during the regime with the king he was more like a capitalist-fascist. Then he returned to socialism and republicanism after being betrayed by the kings, by bourgeois and the capitalists
As an Italian I am kinda of idk how to say, shocked? Maybe, that you still don’t get that Mussolini has nothing to do with Fratelli d’Italia. This is the anthem of current Italy, the Republic but back then it was probably a battle hymn of the Kingdom against Mussolini when he retreated in the north and founded La Repubblica Sociale Italiana.
Nope. This version was probably recorded during the Social Republic. Infact they also used Mameli and the verse "Fratelli di Italia, Italia s'è desta" on one of their propaganda posters. it.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Fratelli_d_italia_1944_RSI.jpg
@@BRUDERHERZ well now it makes more sense. I am also surprised you actually replied because most people don’t, specially the creator of the video.
