- While on tour I made a stop to visit a family member that’s incarcerated. This isn’t my first time visiting but for some reason I can never remember the clothing rules & I always get turned around at the door... this time they even made me take off my wig because the metal clips kept setting off the metal detector!They make it so hard to visit loved ones... I had to borrow @hauseofglam’s clothes because I had nothing but tight jeans in my bags.
This just made me love Kandi even more. She's such a real one. I met her in Columbus and she's so humble and has a great sprit.
I LOVE KANDI she is so real.... i would really like the opportunity to meet her, went for my bday to see her in Chicago... excellent. She is amazing. Keep striving, ur an awesome mom. Peace n blessing

I know there are consequences when laws are broken but good grief! And then I think of rules or policies and always say that somebody messed up somewhere in order for that rule or policy to be implemented. Good that you take out time to let your family know they may be gone but not forgotten! Much luv to you.
Oh Kandi, I hate that you had to go through that...makes me want to cry (probably more so because the flowers are flowing). The visit is hard enough as is and would make someone not want to do visits at all. Thank God that you had a village to support. And like I said before, I hope one day to meet you because your heart is good!

God Bless You 4EVER 😇 I remember having to visit 2 of my family members in prison and sometimes my heart was broken because the time would be cut short. I was pretty young then so, I didn't understand much. I hope soon your loved one will be out. I'll be sending up prayers for you all. You have such a beautiful spirit 💞

I had the pleasure of eating at OLG today on my trip from Jacksonville and all I can say is OMG to OLG that food was Aamazing!!!! The tea was the bomb and the serve was great! Can’t wait to go back and I love seeing your kids working the family business when your not there.

My mom has been in prison for 20 years. I be going through the same thing. I hate the rules are so strict. Especially when I travel from out of town to see her. It’s rewarding at the end, because my mom be extremely happy to see me. God bless you for supporting your love one.
